Big Sur (Big Sur)
A 90-mile-long stretch of coastline found at the heart of Central California, Big Sur boasts its beautiful redwood and fog-trimmed waterfront. Various spots such as the Bixby Bridge and other spots littered along Highway 1 can give you a chance to observe the California condors, known as North America's largest birds. This area is also home to numerous state parks perfect for hiking, camping, and beachcombing.
Pfeiffer Beach (Big Sur)
Pfeiffer Beach is located in the heart of Big Sur and is one of the favorite beachs in all of Big Sur. Pfeiffer Beach is a Day Use Area, no overnight camping. Hours 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM 7 days a week. $10.00 entrance fee.
Bixby Bridge (Big Sur)
Bixby Creek Bridge, also known as Bixby Canyon Bridge, on the Big Sur coast of California, is one of the most photographed bridges in California due to its aesthetic design, "graceful architecture and magnificent setting". It is a reinforced concrete open-spandrel arch bridge.
McWay Falls (Big Sur)
McWay Falls is an 80-foot-tall waterfall on the coast of Big Sur in central California that flows year-round from McWay Creek in Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park, about 37 miles south of Carmel, into the Pacific Ocean.
